		<description>I agree Gail. When things are looking down (like on a tough Monday morning) it's good to recall the recent successes that we have had. It's actually very uplifting in an office setting if someone reminds others of the positive things that have happened. A positive word first thing in the morning goes a long ways...

		<description>At work I recently asked a group of new supervisors what they saw in previous supervisors that they wanted to incorporate into their style of supervision.  Almost everyone mentioned that they had a supervisor who believed in him/her and helped bolster their confidence.  I hope they do the same for their staff.</description>
