Hey,

Just to put some input on what is written above. A goal is a lifetime achievement that if you dont achieve, then you missed your one chance. This is one life that you get. Dont waiste it. To that, I have been able to do what so many want to do, and that is to be a Navy SEAL. Even though I didnt like it after making it. At least I got there. It isnt easy, but it is a challenge. With out a challenge, you will have no goals…
Also, if anyone can email me steve’s email address. Please. I would like to share a sleeping style that is used in the SEAL community. Yes, reviel a lifetime secret to everyone. I still use it even though I am leaving the Navy, because I am focused, preserved, and I can get away with coutless hours of free time to sit and think to myself. and do my hobbies.

Thanks for the comments Mark. I visited your blog this morning and read your success “manifesto” (you should think about publishing it on Changethis.com). You have a very insightful view on success that digs into the “why” question. It really made me pause and ask some questions.

John Maxwell is one of my favorite authors and speakers and has been for nearly twenty years.
