		<description>Excellent metaphor!  As a Zone Diet user for the past 18 months, I see another similarity.  The Zone is all about consistency over time.  If you eat a non-Zone meal, you're not dead in the water.  Just get right back on the plan with the next meal - as long as you follow the plan most of the time, you'll be fine.  The same thing applies in the "Time Zone" that you've outlined.  Don't hold yourself to an impossible standard - just keep the plan clear in your mind and strive to stay on it with each choice you make.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the comment Troy. I feel like the ultimate beta tester sometimes but it really helps to try things out yourself. I agree with you that the big key is to have a process. If I worked at home and was a polyphasic sleeper like Steve, I might like to plan my Loooong day out in advance instead of planning things on a weekly basis.</description>
