		<description>Thanks for your reply, Anthony. That big piece of Chocolate cake or the easy chair are a lot more inviting than broccoli and running two miles. Developing a new habit a month has really helped me focus on one thing at a time and I&#039;ve had pretty good success with it... but chocolate cake... still inviting!

Saying that....all of the info and advice does sink in and stay with you and leave some kind of positive reaction, obviously if you succeed and stick to plan, but also if you don&#039;t.

Either way, small manageble changes are probably the best way to go.</description>
