I spend most of my days visiting blogs and posting on blogs, and it never ceases to amaze me the support I get from fellow bloggers (practically strangers!) As for polyphasic sleep, I have never tried it, but since I only sleep 2-4 hours a day (consecutively), I have experience in sleeping very little.
