As you can imagine, I was doing my own little hula dance of joy here reading that you included key values, however I also think you nailed the other essential ingredients with the creativity of your acronym too.

Much is required to run a wildly successful business, but we continually find that focus is essential, and mantras like these (which you have a real talent for producing!) can capture the essence well so that all stakeholders are lokahi (unified, collaborating in harmony). At the same time, they invite initiative; e.g. how is reinvention and innovation incorporated into *Routine* so that processes never slide into mediocrity?

I like the connection to your MBA program too: This is a neat little acronym for capturing book comprehension into one&#039;s memory of take-aways.
