I did mine by doing the written version and then using that as "notes" for the audio version. I found (and you may have heard) that I phrased or said something slightly differently than what was written. So while I thought I was writing as I would talk, I did not talk what I wrote.

I want to try sticking more to an outline format of notes and see how that comes out.
