		<description>Wow Liz, what a great idea! There are so many communication ideas that could be implemented in this simple strategy. Twelve minutes allows enough time to get your message across without getting off track. The usual M.O. for most people is to try to communicate with other people while doing other tasks. I can&#039;t tell you how unprofessional it is to hear someone on the other end of the phone typing away while talking to me. The certainly can&#039;t be concentrating on what I&#039;m saying and probably not concentrating very well on their document either.
