		<description>Hi Pamela, thanks for the reply. I have always wondered what drove me to accomplish amazing things in certain areas of my life yet others have been a real struggle. When I look back, the excitement quotient is a real factor. Boring and tedious goals soon fall by the wayside. It&#039;s ironic that some of those BHAG&#039;s (Big, Hairy, Audacious, Goals) are easier to accomplish than easier but more mundane ones.

		<description>I agree with that thought. Motivation is what we need to keep us fueled in achieving our goal. If we run out of motivation, we would be like a car stranded in an isolated area.</description>
