My pleasure sir.

And I do occasionally indulge myself. A good cup of coffee sweetened and creamed just right is always good. But life was a lot worse when I was doing it every day. In moderation is the key. I look forward to the next post.

Thanks for the reply, Patrick. I've found some different "solutions" for the caffeine problem that I've seen success with. One of them is to totally get off caffeine. This is the only way to go if you have allergies or other adverse reactions. But just like prescribed medicines, a lot of people find there is a certain dosage of caffeine that works for them on a daily basis. See our next post for some different options.

If you had replaced the word caffiene with 'crack' or 'marijuana' it would been the same article. Caffiene is a drug just like any other drug. Once you go off it your body will want to kill you. Completely expected.

Transition very very slowly and I promise life will get better. Once you are completely off it you will actually be in a much better place. Asking "Is there a way to enjoy the good effects of coffee and caffeine without the side effects?" is like asking if there a good way to get high off of pot without killing brain cells.

Good luck and keep us posted.
