		<description>Hi John, my life is also impacted a lot by this bible parable. I always associate myself with the last servant, the one with one talent... it might be the result of low self-esteem. But thanks to this parable, I'm always reminded not to complain about what I'm lacking of, but making use of whatever small talents I'm having.

		<description>Can talents become rusty? I think so. When you don't use them, you won't be able to garner the rewards. It doesn't really matter if your singing career didn't exactly thrive the first few times. Failure is only delayed success. As you face more challenges, I believe that you become stronger and better, enhancing your talents all the more.</description>
