Write down 20 (twenty) solutions to the problem you are facing. The first 5 will be easy. The next 5 harder. But when you arrive to the 20th, there'll be some genious insights written there. I"m currently struggling with a unique blogging concept, that I think has a lot of potential, but since it's so unusual, I feel I need to build a 'model' out of thin air. Now, I know I need to write down the problem, do a massive brainstorming exercise, discuss tools & resources I have available then look at what potential solutions I can have! Cheers.
